| Simon Hirst | |
A graduate of Birmingham University, Simon is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having started his career with Deloittes. He has held a series of senior finance and operational positions with international companies in Europe and the Far East, including Siemens, Hennessey Cognac, Bausch & Lomb, AC Nielsen, The Disney Channel, Eyecare Products and Chiron (part of Novartis). Simon has always had a keen interest in developing and delivering internal training courses for the companies for which he has worked. Such courses have included “Auditing Techniques”, “Finance for Non-finance Managers” and “Effective Employee Performance Management Appraisal”. As a fluent French speaker, many of the courses have also been delivered in France and Belgium. An effective strategic thinker, Simon has an impressive track record in determining business policy and direction, as well as in financial management. He is able to effectively combine the theory supporting the training programmes he delivers with a wealth of practical experience gained first hand during his career. Since 2004, Simon has split his time between acting as a part-time Finance Director for a number of small companies, mentoring senior executives and delivering training seminars on “Strategic Planning” and “Best Year Yet”. |

| Amit Vaidya | |
Throughout his 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, Amit spent more than 21 years in AstraZeneca in a range of UK and global staff and line roles. His last position was a General Management role as Territory Director for Africa managing the full portfolio for 18 countries in Sub Saharan Africa. Amit’s strengths lie in enabling people and organisations to deliver substantial business benefit in the following areas with a particular recent focus on Africa and prior to that, in UK and Europe: Developing leaders and managers to drive sustained improved performance across geographical and cultural boundaries. Developing high performing teams and increasing sales force effectiveness across organisations in both developed and emerging markets.Facilitating senior leaders and staff driving fundamental business change arising from downsizing, mergers, disposals, acquisitions or business review restructuring of organisation design and business processes to improve their overall business performance. |

| Anjuna Kalsi | |
| Anjuna has a 24 year career in International Human Resources and Finance. Working principally at an executive level in the private sector she has specialised over the last 14 years in the life sciences. She has initiated, developed and led programs in leadership, performance management, change management and leadership coaching, across the globe, working in Africa, India, Europe, US and the CIS. Prior to this, Anjuna held senior financial roles within the print and shipping industries with a special focus on Business Process Improvement and IT. Anjuna regularly speaks for the India Business Council on the Human Resource Challenges in India. A graduate in European Studies and part qualified CIMA, Anjuna also has a MBA. Born in Kenya she has worked extensively in Africa, and speaks fluent French and Kiswahili. She continues to sit as a NED on several organsiations both private and not for profit as well as being a patron to a children’s home in Kenya. | |
| Ivan Quashie | |
A graduate in Finance & Accounting, Ivan further qualified with a PGCE. Ivan has held several executive positions over his 30 years career in Information Technology. For over ten years he served as Managing Director of Infotech Solutions in Ghana and has earned the reputation of being the technological genius of West Africa following the successful digitalisation of the schools in Ghana for which he was the project lead. During his tenure he worked with several stakeholders including the World Bank, NGOs and private enterprises. Ivan has further continued with his academic career, teaching and training IT by lending his expertise to various institutions including Hammersmith and West London College. Ivan further consults for organisations both private and public in synergising Information Technology into Business solutions especially those with interests in Sub Saharan Africa. Ivan also speaks fluent French. |

| Lena Rosenior | |
Lena has spent the last 25 years of her career in IT Systems Development in the UK notably in the public sector developing, designing and delivering Information Technology systems to provide high level customer service to clients. She has also been instrumental in developing and delivering training courses at all levels so that the end users can gain maximum value from the systems. A graduate in French and Politics, Lena has invaluable experience as an examiner and assessor for various examining bodies such as the RSA, Oxford and Cambridge examining bodies. Lena further acts as a senior level IT and business consultant to small businesses. Lena speaks fluent French. |

| Lorna Rosenior | |
In her 32 years career as a trainer, teacher and lecturer Lorna has taught a diverse range of students from elementary to senior executives. She has skilfully been able to develop courses which meet the needs of her students and has taught International students from all over the world in subjects ranging from Digitilisation to IT Management. Having served various organisations both in the public and private sector Lorna has driven many Public Private Partnership initiatives successfully. Lorna is a professional IT coach and is also a member of the Institute of Learning and the Institute of Leadership and Management. Lorna has worked internationally and now lives in the UK. |
